How long does delivery take?

It can be difficult to determine how long it might take to deliver your package. Unless specified otherwise all our orders are dispatched with standard delivery through Australia Post. If you’re too excited and just can’t wait to get into your Swanky Socks we do offer an express delivery option.

For our friends across the Tasman, in New Zealand, we have an estimated 4-10 business days turnaround after dispatch and an estimated 6-10 business day turnaround for the rest of the world!

How can I track my order?

We can’t have odd socks running around unchecked! So when your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with any tracking information we have! You can use this to track your package on the Australia Post website.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Everyone hates losing a sock, so when your order is dispatched we will send you an email letting you know any tracking information we have and you can use that to check where it is!

If you haven’t received this email then it is most likely that your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. But don’t worry, we’re on it! In periods of unusually high demand, it may take a few days for your order to be dispatched. You can always check the dispatch date on the product page, sometimes if an item is in high demand there might be a bit of a wait on dispatch.

We want everyone across the world to experience what we believe to be the most superior socks on the market. As long as there are no mailing restrictions to your country we will endeavour to deliver as far and wide as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Great news! All orders over AU$70 include free standard shipping! Otherwise, shipping costs will vary depending on your location:

Australia: AU$7.95

New Zealand: AU$12

Rest of the World: AU$15

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are despatched via standard Australia Post shipping methods.


Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?

We work quickly and unless specified otherwise we aim to get orders processed within a day or two! If you’re on the ball and catch us before we send your order out we can usually change it for you. Unfortunately, if we’re too quick for you then you will have to go through our returns process.

What should I do if my order is wrong or damaged?

We will always do our best to deliver a superior product, that is why we are confident with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  However in the unfortunate event of you receiving damaged or incorrect goods, please refer to our returns policy.

I have placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email. What does this mean?

The last thing we want to do is leave you in the dark! Upon purchase, you should receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been processed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking that you can follow until your order has been delivered. If you haven’t received these check your junk or spam folders and if you still can’t find them email us directly at hello@swankysocks.com and we will sort that out for you! 

Can I cancel my order?

We work quickly! Contact us directly through hello@swankysocks.com. If you catch us before we process your order then we should be able to cancel it. However, if it has already been despatched you will have to go through our returns policy.

Currency conversion and fees.

We accept most international currencies and you can change what currency is displayed when browsing our products. You can change this via the currency converter in the upper right-hand corner of your browser.


What are Swanky Socks returns policy?

We love to boast our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for our socks! We’re so confident you’ll love our socks so much that if you don’t, we will give you a full refund on your first pair purchased from swankysocks.com. To be eligible for a full refund on your first pair minus shipping costs you have 21 days from your purchase date to contact us. 

  1. Take a picture of the socks you are not happy with and send it to us at hello@swankysocks.com along with your order number, name, and reason why you’re not satisfied and would like a refund.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from our service team acknowledging your email and notifying you whether your refund is being processed.
  3. Upon confirmation of your refund simply send us back the socks and as soon as we have them back we will finish processing your refund.

We love to give you, our customers,  great deal whenever we can! However, while campaigns are running there are a few general conditions to keep in mind:

Swanky Socks pays close attention to the production of all our socks and only use the best materials and the sharpest designs. Meticulous care for detail allows us to continuously improve the quality of our products. Follow these guidelines to get the most from your Swanky Socks.

We recommend washing your Swanky Socks in a gentle, cool to warm wash with similar colours. All socks should be turned inside out when washing, and let them air dry. Bleaching or ironing should be avoided.

When putting on your brand new pair of Swanky Socks, take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.


Swanky Socks Masks are for non-medical use only.

  • Hand wash before use.
  • Do not scrub the metal nose clip during cleaning.
  • Wash gently with soap and very hot water.

Replaceable PM2.5 Filter
Each PM2.5 filter has a layer of activated carbon fabric which can be effective at blocking airborne particles. On average, each filter will last up to 30 days of moderate use before needing to be replaced.

  • Do not wash the filter
  • Remove and/or discard the PM2.5 filter before washing.
