All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery times vary, but we aim to get your socks to you as soon as possible:
- Standard or Express options available at checkout
- 4–10 business days after dispatch
- 6–10 business days after dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, so there’s a short window to make changes.
If you catch us in time, we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to go through our returns process.

Returns & Refunds
We’re confident you’ll love your socks — but if you don’t, we’ve got you covered with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If your first pair from swankysocks.com isn’t what you expected, we’ll give you a full refund (excluding shipping).
Here’s how it works:
- hello@swankysocks.com within 21 days of purchase
- Include a photo of the socks, your order number, name, and reason for return
- Once approved, send the socks back to us
- We’ll process your refund as soon as they arrive

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our satisfaction guarantee covers your first pair, even if you’ve worn them. For all other returns, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
