Can I Amend My Order Or Address After I Have Placed It?

We work quickly and unless specified otherwise we aim to get orders processed within a day or two! If you’re on the ball and catch us before we send your order out we can usually change it for you. What Should I Do If My Order Is Wrong Or Damaged?

I Have Placed An Order But I Haven't Received A Confirmation Email. What Does This Mean?

The last thing we want to do is leave you in the dark! Upon purchase, you should receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been processed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking that you can follow until your order has been delivered. If you haven’t received these check your junk or spam folders and if you still can’t find them email us directly at hello@swankysocks.com and we will sort that out for you! 

Can I Cancel My Order?

We work quickly! Contact us directly through hello@swankysocks.com. If you catch us before we process your order then we should be able to cancel it. However, if it has already been despatched you will have to go through our returns policy. Check out our returns policy here(link)

Currency Conversion & Fees.

We accept most international currencies and you can change what currency is displayed when browsing our products. You can change this via the currency converter in the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
