Brand Collaboration: Swanky Socks x The Wolfy Foundation

Although we appreciate all of our charitable collaborations, it is something special when there is a personal story driving a campaign. The Wolfy Foundation provided this meaning, helping us to look past business, enabling us to align with our purpose beyond commerce, and the opportunity to be part of a campaign that has so much meaning to them. 

Swanky Socks in collaboration with The Wolfy Foundation delivered a campaign to raise funds for awareness around brain cancer. Swanky Socks created an exclusive two-pack gift box including two variants of a custom Wolfy Foundation sock that was sold at their foundation dinner. 


The Wolfy Foundation:

The Wolfy Foundation is an Australian charity created by a group of mates that came together after a close friend of theirs lost his battle with brain cancer at the age of 23. Since then they have been honouring his life by serving people living with brain cancer, their families, and their friends. They achieve this by; providing palliative care and counselling to young adults that are affected by the disease, by providing guidance, information, counselling and support to patients and their families, by seeking a cure, and of course by raising awareness.

The Result:

The gift boxes were a smash hit and a hot topic at the Wolfy Foundation dinner. With 1000 gift boxes sold over $20,000 was raised over the course of only a few hours. All proceeds from this campaign were donated to various brain cancer awareness. An amazing result for a great cause with all proceeds being donated to research and support services in the fight against brain cancer. 

At Swanky Socks, we appreciate any opportunity to enact our purpose beyond commerce and collaborate towards bettering the lives of those around us.
